At MARAIS, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
